主楼的生活往往围绕宽敞厨房展开：AGA 炉带来恒久温暖，从水槽望去可见 Surrey Hills 的开阔景色，旁边的 Snug 小客厅配有电视和燃木炉，适合安静放松。
与橘园厅相连的是宁静舒适的 drawing room，以柔和色调、布艺沙发和开放式壁炉营造出经典英式乡村氛围。
舒适睡眠是 Fernholt 非常重视的细节。所有卧室均配有柔软 topper、清爽白色床品与温暖被褥，并以落地窗帘搭配遮光卷帘，让夜晚更加安静沉稳。
夏季，您可以在泳池畅游后，于 pool house 享用户外餐点，再到全年可使用的网球场打一场轻松比赛。宽阔菜园在夏天盛产新鲜蔬果，鸡舍也常有新鲜鸡蛋可供享用。

The swimming pool is open from the end of May until mid Sept. There is an option to have the pool heated (by arrangement with the owner. Additional charge for oil consumed). Due to the pool please ensure children are supervised at all times.
A refundable damage deposit of £500 is charged with second balance payment.This will be refunded on your departure.

James 几乎没有犹豫，便决定买下这座庄园。他明白，真正打动人心的并非奢华，而是时间留下的温度。在保留庄园原始风貌的同时，他注入了东方的细腻与温暖：将旧马厩改造成舒适客房，将荒芜庭院修复为宁静花园，并把废弃酒窖改造成迎宾 lounge。就这样，Fernholt 的第一座度假村在英格兰 Surrey 悄然诞生。
此后十多年，James 将这份对乡间生活的热爱带向世界各地。他走遍欧洲、美洲与澳大利亚，寻找同样被岁月珍爱的庄园：美国加州 Napa Valley 的葡萄园庄园、澳大利亚 Yarra Valley 被桉树林环绕的 lodge、加拿大 Banff National Park 的木屋 retreat、法国 Provence 的薰衣草农舍、意大利 Tuscany 的百年石砌别墅，以及瑞士 Zermatt 马特洪峰脚下的高山木屋。每一处物业都像当年 Shere Village 的那座庄园一样触动他的内心。与此同时，Fernholt 也在 London、Paris、Berlin、Milan、Barcelona、Vienna 和 Lisbon 等国际都市落地生根，将乡间宁静与都市活力自然融合。
